My account upgrading failed. What should I do?

If your application is rejected, you would get a push notification, if not, please change the setting on your phone to receive notifications from OwnBank. Then you could follow these steps:


1. Home>Profile>Click [upgrade failed]>Click [resubmit]




2. If there is an issue with your identification photo, please double-check the following points.

>Photo matches the selected document.

>The documents uploaded are correct and genuine.

>The document number and other information are visible and clear.

>The ambient lighting is kept bright.



3. If there is an issue with your information, please double-check if all the provided information matches your ID.



4. If there are issues with your facial recognition, please double-check the following points.

>Ensure it is your own face.

>Face should not be covered by any object.

>Initiate face recognition with good lightning.
