If I encounter an unfortunate event, how to file a claim?

The claim process is as follows:


1. Claim application: Select a policy and click "Claims" button.


2. Fill in claim information: Go to MICI's link for claims and fill in the required information.


3. Claim reviewed: A MICI claims officer will communicate with the customer.


4. Claim completion: Once the claim is verified, the customer will be notified, and the compensation will be paid to the bank account provided by the customer.
